七、法律适用与争议解决

本协议的订立、效力、解释、履行及争议解决，均适用中华人民共和国法律。
因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议（包括但不限于试玩内容违规引发的纠纷、剧情介绍相关侵权纠纷、用户违规使用测试版本及资源的责任纠纷、知识产权侵权纠纷等），双方应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均有权向本站所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

1. Content Rating and Access Control

Rating Standards: The Website strictly adheres to the internationally accepted PEGI 18 / ESRB M content rating standards, and complies with the relevant requirements of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors.

Minors (under 18 years old) are strictly prohibited from accessing, browsing or using such content.

This right is limited to personal non – commercial use and shall not be transferred or licensed to any third party, nor used for profit – making, promotion or other non – testing and non – research purposes.
Prohibited Behaviors:
1. Not to spread or share the game test versions (including installation packages, installation files, cache data, trial content, etc.), platform resources, game problem solutions and plot introduction content to any third party, or use them for commercial purposes and illegal activities, including but not limited to unauthorized sales, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, live – stream promotion, etc.
2. Not to modify, crack, reverse engineer, reverse compile or disassemble the game test versions and relevant platform resources in any form; not to extract game code, art resources, audio and video materials, MOD – related technical materials, core plot content, etc.; nor to infringe on relevant intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests of the issuing companies and original right holders.
3. Not to engage in any illegal activities by using the Website’s content (including plot introductions), including but not limited to producing, copying and selling obscene materials, spreading violent and terrorist information, endangering national security, harming public interests, or infringing on others’ right of reputation, right of privacy, copyright, etc.
Obligation of Mandatory Deletion: Users must consciously and completely delete the game test versions and relevant resources (including but not limited to installation packages, installation files, local caches, trial content archives, MOD materials, etc.) from all devices within 24 hours after downloading them. If users wish to use the relevant games for a long time, they shall purchase genuine copies through the official channels of the game issuing companies and use them after obtaining legal authorization.
Compliance Requirements: In the process of using the Website’s services, users shall comply with relevant national laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Law on the Protection of Minors, social public morality, as well as the relevant provisions issued by the Website.

3. Content Compliance and Report Handling

Content Source and Review: For any game trial content (including but not limited to trial videos, trials, game problem solutions and plot introduction dissemination) provided by the Website that is used for commercial purposes or illegal activities, the Website shall not bear any legal liability or joint and several liability, and all consequences shall be borne by the relevant organization or individual.
Disclaimer: The Website shall not bear any legal liability, compensation liability or joint and several liability for any adverse impacts arising from the use of the game test versions (including the processes of downloading, installing, running and deleting), experiencing trial content, obtaining or using game problem solutions, viewing plot introductions and platform resources, including but not limited to device damage (such as mobile phone / computer crashes, hardware failures), data loss (such as local file damage, account information leakage), network security risks (such as malware infection), legal disputes (such as infringement lawsuits caused by content dissemination), etc.
Indemnification: If the Website is punished by administrative authorities, sued for compensation by third parties or incurs other losses due to users’ violation of the Agreement (such as failure to delete test versions on time, dissemination of non – compliant content, sharing test versions and resources with minors, false authentication, illegal content release, etc.) or relevant laws and regulations, users shall bear full compensation liability to the Website (including but not limited to fines, litigation costs, attorney fees, goodwill losses, etc.). Meanwhile, the Website shall not bear any losses incurred by users themselves due to their illegal acts.
Force Majeure and Third – Party Causes: The Website shall not be liable for the inability to use the game test versions, or the inaccessibility of trial content, game problem solutions, plot introductions and platform resources due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, network outages, termination of test services by game issuing companies) or third – party causes (such as failures of Internet platforms, hacker attacks). However, the Website will make every effort to assist users in reducing losses within a reasonable scope.
Legal Disputes Caused by Users’ Illegal Acts: Any legal disputes (such as claims by minors’ parents, third – party infringement lawsuits, penalties by regulatory authorities, etc.) caused by users’ acts such as false verification, illegal content dissemination, and impersonation of others’ information have nothing to do with the Website, and the Website shall not bear any joint and several liability. The relevant legal liability and economic losses shall be borne by the non – compliant users themselves.

6. Modification and Termination of the Agreement

The Website reserves the right to modify or supplement this Agreement according to the actual situation, such as the revision of national laws and regulations, the adjustment of regulatory policies, changes in game industry rules and the operational needs of the Website. The modified Agreement will be published at the “User Agreement” position in the footer of the Website’s homepage and in prominent positions (such as the top announcement bar, the “About Us” section). It will be binding on all users after 7 days of publication. Users shall regularly check the updated content of this Agreement. If users continue to use the Website’s services (including viewing plot introductions, obtaining game problem solutions, etc.) after the modification of the Agreement, it means they accept the modified Agreement. If users do not accept the modified Agreement, they shall immediately stop using the services and delete the test versions and relevant resources.

If users violate any clause of this Agreement, the Website reserves the right to immediately take restrictive measures (including but not limited to suspending users’ access rights, blocking accounts, banning IPs), terminate users’ right to use the game test versions (including trial content), game problem solutions, plot introductions and platform services, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability against users.

This Agreement will automatically terminate when the trial period of the game test versions expires (subject to the announcement of the game issuing company), the issuing company terminates the test services, or the Website stops providing test versions / trial content, game problem solutions, plot introductions and related services due to compliance requirements. After the termination of the Agreement, users shall immediately delete the test versions and related contents and resources, and shall not continue to use or spread them.

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement (including but not limited to disputes caused by non – compliant trial content, infringement disputes related to plot introductions, liability disputes arising from users’ illegal use of test versions and resources, intellectual property infringement disputes, etc.) shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the two parties. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people’s court with jurisdiction in the place where the Website is located.

The revised Agreement will take effect after being published in the manner agreed in Clause 7 of this Agreement. Users’ continued use of the Website’s services shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any clause of this Agreement, please do not run, download or use the game test versions and related resources, nor access relevant content on the Website (including plot introductions, game problem solutions, etc.).
