七、法律适用与争议解决

本协议的订立、效力、解释、履行及争议解决，均适用中华人民共和国法律。

因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议（包括但不限于试玩内容引发的问题、剧情介绍相关纠纷、用户使用测试版本及资源的责任问题、知识产权问题等），双方应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均有权向本站所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

User Agreement and Content Compliance Statement

Welcome to this website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”). I. Content Rating and Access Control

Rating Standard: The Site strictly follows the internationally accepted PEGI 18 / ESRB M content rating standards and complies with the relevant requirements of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors.

Access Restriction: Relevant content involving mature themes and adult‑oriented plots (such as fictional descriptions of mature emotional relationships, in‑depth analysis of real social events, etc.)—including some plot introductions—is only accessible to users aged 18 or above with full capacity for civil conduct. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing, browsing or using such content.

II. User Rights and Obligations

Usage Rights: Users have the right to test, research, conduct academic exchanges, obtain game solutions, and view plot content using the game test versions and platform resources within the scope agreed in this Agreement. Such rights are limited to personal non‑commercial use only, and may not be transferred or licensed to any third party, nor used for profit, promotion or other non‑testing or non‑research purposes.

Prohibited Activities:

Users shall not distribute or share the game test versions (including installation packages, files, stored data, trial content, etc.), platform resources, game solutions and introductory content to any third party, or use them for commercial or illegal purposes, including but not limited to unauthorized sale, copying, transfer, modification, live promotion, etc.
Users shall not modify, reverse‑engineer, decompile or disassemble the game test versions and relevant platform content in any form, nor misappropriate game art, resources, audio materials, MOD‑related technical materials, core plot content, etc., nor infringe other legitimate rights and interests of relevant intellectual property owners, publishers and original obligees.
Users shall not use the Site (including plot introductions) to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to producing, copying or disseminating obscene materials, violent or terrorist information, harming national security or public interests, or infringing others’ legitimate rights and interests such as reputation and copyright.

Mandatory Deletion Obligation: Users must completely delete the game test versions and related resources from all devices within 24 hours after downloading, including but not limited to installation packages, installed files, local caches, trial save files, MOD materials, etc. If users wish to use relevant games for a long time, they shall purchase genuine copies through official channels of the game publishers and use them with legal authorization.

Compliance Requirements: During the use of the Site’s services, users shall comply with national laws and regulations including the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Protection of Minors, public morality, and relevant management rules issued by the Site.

III. Content Compliance and Report Handling

Content Sources and Review: Game trial content (including but not limited to trial videos, screenshots, written records), game solutions, plot introductions and related resources provided by the Site are obtained from public Internet channels (such as official trial materials, plot materials publicly shared by game publishers, and reviews or solutions marked “reprintable” on third‑party platforms).

The Site implements a full‑process management system: pre‑review + in‑process monitoring + post‑rectification. Before publication, the Site checks for copyright risks (e.g., whether original authors are credited, whether “no reprint” statements exist). Content clearly marked “all rights reserved, no reprint” will not be obtained or published. Due to the complexity of Internet information, the Site cannot fully verify the legality, compliance, authenticity or infringement status of all content.

Non‑Compliant Content Statement: If trial content, game solutions, plot introductions or resources contain adult‑oriented, violent, vulgar or other illegal or non‑compliant content, such content does not represent the views of the Site, and the Site shall not be liable for the legality of such content.

All relevant content complies with the requirements of “promoting positive energy and maintaining a sound online ecosystem” stipulated in the Regulations on the Governance of the Online Information Content Ecosystem. Any information identified as “obscene materials” (content that explicitly depicts sexual acts or blatantly promotes pornography) is strictly prohibited. Violent, vulgar and horror elements are strictly controlled: only “game‑functional violence” (in‑game combat without bloody or cruel details) is allowed; real violence and abusive violence are prohibited. Vulgar content including profanity, vulgar jokes and sexual innuendo is prohibited.

User Reporting: If users find content that violates national laws and regulations (such as illegal, pornographic, violent, terrorist content) or this Agreement during browsing or use, they shall report through the Site’s dedicated reporting channels (in‑article reporting function or support email: hahajike@qq.com) within 24 hours. Reports must include content links, screenshots/descriptions and user identity information to facilitate review.

Platform Processing Mechanism: After receiving a valid user report, the Site will review the reported content within 48 hours (including but not limited to verifying sources, comparing compliance standards, re‑reviewing with content providers) and take corresponding restrictive measures (such as temporary removal, deletion, access restriction, notifying providers for rectification). If the Site cannot process the report in time due to incomplete information (e.g., no link provided, no infringement specified), the processing period may be extended accordingly.

Liability for Failure to Report: If a user finds non‑compliant content but fails to report it through dedicated channels within 24 hours, or the report is invalid so that the Site cannot handle it, the user shall be deemed to have accepted the content as compliant with this Agreement and relevant laws. Any subsequent legal disputes arising from such content (such as liability for accidents caused by user dissemination, damages to others) shall be borne by the user, and the Site shall not be held responsible.

Initiative Review Right: Whether or not user reports are received, the Site reserves the right to review platform content (including plot introductions) at any time in accordance with laws, this Agreement or operational needs, and take measures such as deletion, removal or access restriction for non‑compliant content without prior notice, and shall not be liable for user losses caused thereby (such as lost trial records, unavailable solutions, inaccessible content).

Rules for User‑Posted Content (Applicable when open functions are available):

Users warrant that trial content, research results, game solutions, plot introductions, etc., posted are original or legally authorized by original obligees (authorization proofs shall be retained for inspection), and do not infringe others’ legitimate rights and interests such as copyright, portrait rights and reputation rights. Without authorization, users are prohibited from posting “exclusive trial content”, “unauthorized game solutions”, “unpublished core plots”, or tampering with or reposting others’ original content.
Platform Review: The Site implements a “review first, display later” mechanism for user‑posted content. Content suspected of infringement or violation will not be approved. Due to the complexity of Internet information, 100% accurate review cannot be guaranteed. Approved infringing content due to omission does not represent the Site’s endorsement.
Infringement Handling: If a third party believes user‑posted content infringes rights, it may submit a notice of rights (including infringement proof, content links, contact information) to the Site. The Site only provides trial channels for game test versions and a display and exchange platform for trial content, game solutions, plot introductions and research resources. It does not obtain any intellectual property rights related to games, resources or content thereby, nor does it authorize users to enjoy any intellectual property‑related rights.

The intellectual property rights of game trial content, review materials, research data, game solutions, plot introductions and other resources reproduced by the Site belong to the relevant obligees. The Site reproduces such resources only for “providing testing convenience, displaying game information, sharing solutions, presenting plot content and promoting academic exchanges”, which does not represent any declaration or commitment by the Site regarding the ownership of such resources, nor does it constitute infringement of the intellectual property rights of original obligees.

V. Disclaimer

The Site shall not be liable for any adverse consequences arising from using the game test versions (including downloading, installation, operation, deletion), experiencing trial content, obtaining or using game solutions, viewing plot introductions and platform resources, including but not limited to equipment damage (e.g., phone/computer crash, hardware failure), data loss (e.g., local file damage, account information loss), network security risks (e.g., malware infection), legal disputes (e.g., infringement lawsuits caused by content dissemination), etc.

If users violate this Agreement (such as failing to delete test versions on time, disseminating non‑compliant content, sharing test versions and resources with others, falsifying age verification, posting non‑compliant content, etc.) or relevant laws and regulations, causing the Site to be punished by administrative authorities, accused by third parties or suffering other losses, users shall indemnify the Site for all losses (including but not limited to fines, legal fees, attorney fees, reputation damage, etc.). Meanwhile, the Site shall not be liable for any user losses caused by user violations.

The Site shall not be liable for unavailability of game test versions, trial content, game solutions, plot introductions or platform resources caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, network interruptions, termination of testing services by game publishers) or third‑party causes (such as Internet platform failures, hacker attacks), but will make reasonable efforts to help users reduce losses.

Any legal disputes arising from users’ falsification of age verification, illegal dissemination of content, impersonation of others’ information or other acts shall be irrelevant to the Site. The Site shall not bear any joint liability, and relevant legal responsibilities and economic losses shall be borne by users themselves.

VI. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

The Site reserves the right to modify or supplement this Agreement according to actual conditions such as revisions of national laws and regulations, adjustments of regulatory policies, changes in game industry rules and operational needs of the Site. The revised Agreement will be published at the “User Agreement” footnote on the homepage and in prominent locations (such as top announcement bar, “About” section). It shall be binding on all users after 7 days of publication.

Users shall regularly check for updates. If users continue to use the Site’s services (including viewing plots, obtaining game solutions, etc.) after the revision, they shall be deemed to accept the revised Agreement. If users do not accept the revised Agreement, they shall immediately stop using and delete the test versions and related resources.

If users violate any restrictive terms of this Agreement, the Site reserves the right to take immediate measures (including but not limited to suspending access rights, banning accounts, blocking IPs), terminate users’ access to game test versions (including trial content), game solutions, plot introductions and platform services, and reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities against users.

This Agreement shall terminate automatically upon expiration of the trial period of the game test versions (subject to announcements by game publishers), termination of testing services by publishers, or suspension of test versions/trial content, game solutions, plot introductions and related services by the Site for compliance requirements. After termination, users shall immediately delete the test versions and related content/resources and shall not continue to use or disseminate them.

VII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including but not limited to issues caused by trial content, disputes related to plot introductions, liability for users’ use of test versions and resources, intellectual property issues, etc.) shall first be resolved by both parties through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court having jurisdiction over the location of the Site.

This Agreement shall take effect on March 8, 2026. The Site reserves the right to revise this Agreement in accordance with laws, regulations and operational needs. The revised Agreement shall take effect upon publication in the manner specified in Article VI of this Agreement. Continued use of the Site’s services shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any terms of this Agreement, please do not run, download or use the game test versions and resources, nor access relevant content of the Site.
