一、版权及资源使用声明

二、资源来源与知识产权说明

平台展示的软件、游戏测试试玩版本、模组（MOD）、皮肤素材及相关技术文档等资源，均来源于互联网公开渠道，或由用户基于学术交流目的自行上传，平台仅进行合理整理与包装，不涉及资源的原创开发或非法获取。

平台所引用的游戏名称、商标、美术素材、软件代码等相关知识产权，均归属于其原始权利人或合法授权方，平台仅为技术交流目的进行合理使用，不构成对该类知识产权的任何侵权。

三、资源使用规范（“24 小时” 使用标准）

使用范围限制：用户获取的所有平台资源，仅限用于个人本地端的技术学习、研究软件设计思想与技术原理（如分析代码结构、验证功能逻辑等）、美术设计参考等合法非商业目的，严禁商业盈利（包括但不限于盈利性传播、销售、嵌入商业产品、广告创意等）或非法用途（如破坏他人系统、侵犯隐私、盗版授权等）。

强制删除义务：根据相关合规及法律规定，用户下载或获取资源后，须在 24 小时内从所有个人设备（包括电脑、移动终端、存储介质等）彻底删除，不得留存、备份或二次传播（包括分享至社交平台、论坛、网盘等）。

正版支持倡议：若对资源功能认可并希望长期使用，应主动支持正版，通过原著作权人授权的正规平台购买注册，获取合法授权及官方技术支持、更新维护等服务，共同维护健康的知识产权生态。

四、内容分级与品牌安全保障

年龄准入限制：部分研究内容涉及 PEGI 18/ESRB M 级别作品，平台已建立严格的准入机制，用户需确认已满 18 周岁，方可访问相关技术研究内容。

五、法律依据

根据《计算机软件保护条例》第十七条规定：“为了学习和研究软件内含的设计思想和原理，通过安装、显示、传输或者存储软件等方式使用软件的，可以不经软件著作权人许可，不向其支付报酬。” 用户仅可在本条款的 “合理使用” 范围内使用平台资源，超出范围的使用行为需自行取得著作权人许可。

投诉材料要求：若任何单位或个人（以下称 “权利人”）认为平台展示的内容侵犯其合法权益（如著作权、邻接权等），需提供书面投诉材料（可扫描件或电子版），内容包括：权利人身份证明（个人提供身份证件，企业须提供营业执照及授权委托书）、涉及平台内容的具体链接、相关事实说明（被侵犯的权利类型）、合法权属证明（如版权登记证书、授权合同等）。

虚假投诉责任：若权利人虚假投诉，导致平台或第三方遭受损害（如名誉损害、经济赔偿等），平台保留追究其法律责任的权利。

七、用户责任与免责声明

用户责任：用户若违反本声明约定，将资源用于商业 / 非法用途、逾期未删除或二次传播，由此产生的一切法律责任（包括但不限于著作权损害赔偿、行政处罚、刑事责任等）及经济损失（如原权利人指控、司法诉讼费用等），均由用户自行承担，与平台无涉。

平台免责：

平台针对自行整理的技术文档、资源分类说明等原创内容，采用知识共享署名–非商业性使用–相同方式共享 4.0 国际许可协议（CC BY-NC-SA 4.0），具体要求如下：

  1. 他人转载或使用该类内容时，需在新作品的显著位置（如首页标题下方、文末处）注明原作者（本平台名称）、原始来源（平台具体链接）及本许可协议类型。

九、附则

平台有权根据法律法规更新或业务调整，对本声明内容进行修订，修订后的版本将在平台首页显著位置公示，公示之日生效，用户应定期查阅以了解最新条款。

本声明的解释权归本平台所有，若条款内容与法律法规有冲突，以法律法规规定为准。

2. Resource Sources and Intellectual Property Statement

Resources displayed on the platform, including software, game test and trial versions, MODs, skin materials, and related technical documents, are all obtained from public Internet channels or uploaded by users for academic exchange. The platform only conducts reasonable sorting and packaging, and does not involve original development or illegal acquisition of resources.

Game titles, trademarks, art materials, software code, and other related intellectual property rights cited by the platform belong to their original owners or legally authorized parties. The platform only uses them reasonably for technical exchange purposes, which does not constitute any infringement of such intellectual property rights.

3. Resource Usage Rules (“24-Hour” Standard)

  • Usage Restriction: All platform resources obtained by users are limited to personal, non-commercial, local technical learning, researching software design concepts and technical principles (e.g., analyzing code structure, verifying functional logic), art design reference, and other legal purposes.Commercial use (including but not limited to profitable distribution, sales, embedding in commercial products, advertising creativity, etc.) and illegal purposes (e.g., damaging others’ systems, infringing privacy, piracy authorization, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
  • Mandatory Deletion Obligation: In accordance with relevant compliance and legal provisions, users must completely delete downloaded or obtained resources from all personal devices (including computers, mobile terminals, storage media, etc.) within 24 hours. Retention, backup, or secondary distribution (including sharing on social platforms, forums, cloud disks, etc.) is prohibited.
  • Support for Genuine Software: If you recognize the functions of the resources and intend to use them for a long time, you should actively support genuine products, purchase and register through official platforms authorized by the original copyright holders, and obtain legal authorization, official technical support, updates, and maintenance services to jointly maintain a healthy intellectual property ecosystem.

4. Content Rating and Brand Safety Protection

5. Legal Basis

According to Article 17 of the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software:

“For the purpose of learning and researching the design ideas and principles contained in software, the use of software by means of installation, display, transmission, or storage may be carried out without permission from and without payment of remuneration to the copyright owner of the software.”

Users may only use platform resources within the scope of “fair use” under this clause. Use beyond this scope requires prior permission from the copyright holder.

According to Article 24 of the Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China:
